Weft crimp Formula= Extended Length -Original Length X 100

Original Length

= 9-7 X 100 = 200 = 28.5%

Warp Crimp % For example: -

Warp crimp % Formula= Extended Length -Original Length X 100

Original Length

= 8.5-7 X 100 = 150 = 21.42 %

Formula = EPI -EPI x Weft Crimp In %

Reed count is 48 in Reed, so that what is the Reed count in the finished product?

= 48 – 48 x 20 = 48 - 48
